book review

Leilah Skelton, Senior Bookseller.

Here, she gives her verdict on Love Monster and the Last Chocolate by Rachel Bright, which is suitable for Foundation Stage children.

There is nothing sweeter than sharing!

Rachel Bright is not only Bright by name; this story of a mystery chocolate box is a colourful feast for the eyes!

It has a wonderful typographic layout that begs to be read along with and Love Monster is a wonderfully expressive little character.

With a simple message that sharing what you have will always bring you the best rewards, children will delight in seeing Love Monster’s fretful internal deliberations.

In the vast chocolate box of choice that is children’s picture books, this is indeed a Double Chocolate Strawberry Swirl! Enjoy!
