What does it mean to represent others?
A PSHE and SMSC project for Year 3 children
What does it mean to represent others? How does a member of parliament (MP) represent their constituents' views?
In this project, children learn what it means to represent others and find out about the role of an MP. They explore the importance of asking questions and practise composing them. Finally, they examine how voting can help people make fair decisions, before debating who would be the best class representative.
