Have you returned your data?

Once your autumn term summative assessments have taken place, the moderation and evaluation of your results is key to moving children forward.

  • Are the results a true reflection of where the children are?
  • Are the results comparable nationally?
  • Where are the gaps?
  • What are we doing to close them and is it having an impact?

For schools using Cornerstones Maths and/or SPaG Tests, we provide help in answering these questions.

Once enough schools have returned the data from their Summative and/or SPaG Tests, we can collate them and provide each school with an analysis of their data. We are also able to produce a national comparison for all schools to see how they compare.

How to return your data

To return your data, simply follow the instructions on the Autumn test results tab in the Summative and/or SPaG Tests Attainment and Gap Analysis Tools.

If you are short of time, you can instead send us a list of your children's scores across the Summative Tests – Papers 1, 2 and 3 – and/or the SPaG Tests. However, if you do this, please remember to tell us your school’s name and the year group tested.

The sooner you send us your data, the sooner we can create statistically viable conversion tables.

Send your data – for both the Summative and SPaG Tests – to assessment@cornerstoneseducation.co.uk and we’ll do the rest.
